Eyelash Extensions

What are eyelash extensions?
Eyelash extensions are individual strands of synthetic fibers made to replicate a natural eyelash. When applied, eyelash extensions lengthen and thicken your own natural eyelashes. The single strands are applied to each individual eyelash, one by one. With proper application and isolation, lash extensions look and feel completely natural.
How long will a set of eyelash extensions last?
When applied by one of our amazing professionals, eyelash extensions will last the length of the natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes. Depending on your activity and day-to-day routine, refills should only be required every 2 to 4 weeks.
Are eyelash extensions safe?
Yes, eyelash extensions are safe. We only uses professional medical grade adhesive which never comes in contact with your skin. Synthetic eyelashes adhere about 1mm away from your skin allowing your natural lashes to shed properly and remain as healthy as possible. If you have never had eyelash extensions before or have never used our glue products, we strongly recommend for you to complete a patch test before your treatment at least 48 hours prior to the booking.
Can I apply mascara to eyelash extensions?
Our eyelash extensions are designed to give your natural lashes an improved look of fullness so mascara is not needed.
Can I swim, shower, exercise, or visit a spa while wearing eyelash extensions?
We do ask you to minimize the chance of wetting the extensions for the first 48 hours of wear. After that 48-hour period, the adhesive used to apply your eyelash extensions is secure enough to allow you to get right back to your routine. However, keeping away from extensive contact with steam such as saunas or certain facials is recommended since it can begin to loosen the bond.
Are eyelash extensions safe during pregnancy?
Eyelash extensions is safe, noninvasive cosmetic procedure. We only uses high quality professional medical grade adhesive that has low-fumes and is manufactured specifically for cosmetic use near the eye. The eyelash extensions are adhered to your natural eyelash hairs about 1mm away from your skin allowing your natural lashes to shed properly and remain as healthy as possible. If you are pregnant and have never had eyelash extensions before or have never used our glue products, we strongly recommend for you to schedule a patch test before your treatment at least 48 hours prior to the booking.

Why do I need to wash my eyelash extensions?
Eyelash extensions need to be washed regularly to avoid potential infections, irritations, poor lash health/growth or lash mites. Eyelash extension glue loves to be kept clean to maintain it’s strong bond to the natural lash. Dead skin cells, dirt, makeup and oil will build up in your lash line very quickly! Dirty eyelash extensions can cause the glue to become weaker resulting in the extensions falling off the natural lash.
How do I wash my eyelash extensions?
1. First, you will need to find an oil-free foaming lash cleanser. If recommendations are needed, please contact us for help.

2. Remove all face and eye makeup with oil-free makeup remover. Splash your eyes with lukewarm water and then gently massage an oil-free makeup remover around your upper and lower lid lines. Splash again until all product is rinsed away.

3. Apply the oil-free lash cleanser to a clean brush and gently wash in a downward motion over the eyelid and lash-line. Rinse with fresh water until all product is removed.
NOTE: Never rub back and forth as this will be too abrasive on the lash extensions.

4. Gently pat the skin around your eyelashes with a lint-free towel or microfiber towel and then just let your lashes air dry. Last but not least, brush through your lashes with a clean mascara wand to separate and fluff.
