What to Expect
There will be a little paperwork before your first appointment. After that, your technician will consult with you to understand what type of style you are interested in and what look will work best with your natural lashes. The overall look of the lashes can range from very natural to very voluminous! You will lay comfortably on a massage table with your eyes closed while relaxing music is played in the background. During the application, your lower lashes will be covered and the extensions will be applied to your top lashes one at a time.
Before You Arrive
Give yourself time
The application process for lash extensions normally takes about 2.5 to 3 hours for a full set of lashes and 90-105 minutes for a refill.

Arrive with a fresh face
Remove all makeup on the day of your appointment. Avoid using sunscreen or moisturizers. Do not curl or perm your lashes.
No Mascara
Do not wear mascara to your lash appointment! You may be asked to cleanse your lashes with a oil-free foaming lash cleanser to remove any leftover oils.
TIP: Try not to use waterproof mascara 2-3 days prior to your appointment, since it can leave a residue that can prevent extensions from adhering correctly.
No Caffeine
Avoid caffeine before your appointment, as it can make it difficult to lie still during the application process.
Lose the Lenses
Be sure to remove your contact lenses or glasses prior to your application.
Bring Headphones
Feel free to create a playlist of your favorite tunes and bring your headphones to relax as you get transformed.
